Who says counseling has to be expensive?
At Albuquerque Family Counseling,
we work hard to make quality counseling affordable for you.
Our fees run $100 per session, including taxes
We also offer pre-paid packages at a 20% discount rate. This can help you manage the cost, and also allows you to plan how many sessions you want to work together. Ask your counselor for more information.
Insurance
Many insurance companies do not cover mental health benefits, and/or have a deductible that needs to be met prior to reimbursement. All insurance must be pre-approved prior to scheduling your first session. There are also risks involved in using your insurance; insurance companies require a diagnosis, limit the amount and quality of your care, and may compromise your privacy with third parties. If privacy and security are an issue, paying out of pocket is the best choice for you.
We currently accept:

- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- GEHA
- Presbyterian
- Tricare
- Medicaid
- Some EAP programs, call for details
All fees and co-payments must be paid at the time of service.
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MC, and Discover.
