Co-Ed Anger Group
Wednesdays, 6:30-8:00PM, 6 weeks
Begins monthly
- Recognize your anger triggers
- Turn negative anger to productivity
- Learn new coping and relaxation skills
Partners and Choices
(PAC)
- Are you in a relationship with a man addicted to sex or pornography?
- Has your partner had one or more affairs?
- Do you struggle with low self esteem, body image, anger or hopelessness?
This is a confidential group to support women who are affected by their partner's addiction or infidelity. Women gain tremendous support from each other through this group and the materials presented.
Begins Monthly 6:30-8:00PM
