My potential is boundless.

I believe in myself. I know that I am capable of great things.

I define what success means to me. I think about my purpose and how I can have a positive impact on my world. I switch my attention from external expectations to what fulfills me.

I get to know myself. I figure out what I like to do and what I excel at. I review my achievements and notice which ones give me the most satisfaction. I clarify my values and how to align them with my daily activities.

I ask others for feedback. Family, friends, and coworkers give me valuable insights. I learn more about who I am and how I can leverage my strengths.

I set compelling goals. Specific targets help me stay motivated and evaluate my progress. I persevere through obstacles because the results are important to me.

I continue learning. I add to my knowledge and skills. I shadow other employees at work and take courses online. I read self-help books and practice different approaches to parenting and weight loss.

I move outside my comfort zone. I encourage myself to take worthwhile risks by focusing on what I have to gain. I appreciate my efforts and find each experience enriching.

I stop procrastinating. I spot opportunities and grab them. Unlocking my potential requires action.

Today, I strive to realize my potential. I have the courage and discipline to do amazing things. I go after what I want.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. What is one situation that showed me that I am capable of more than I realized?

  2. What am I holding onto that limits my potential?

  3. How does my job help me to unlock my potential?
